Deployment Events
THU 23-JUL-1998 (204)     - Many of the LuMOS red spec dark and lite scans have alot of spikes ??
                           
                            ARGOS Unit = 1536
                           
                            Only 22 hour files exist with no Ed data
                           
                            FORTH LOG GPS positions are not correct because the GPS unit is not on
                            long enough to get a good position.
                           
                            When Mike started putting the even MOBY deployment system responses
                            he discovered the following problems, see e-mail below.
                           
                            I have the MOBY (MBY3002.CFG) and MOS (MOS4001.CFG) configuration files.

                            Heres the next...  This is such a mess!
                            Again the LuMOS response is changed.
                            LuMOS in the SLC-format response file is via
                            OL420-S3W5D100  while the original was via
                            OL420-S3W6D40 which I should not have done...
                            the difference is up to ~ 3.5% and varies
                            spectrally - sorry, MF

                            It looks like I "probably" screwed up the MOBY206
                            PreCal system responses for Ed Top,Mid,Bot by
                            applying an incorrect Irradiance Immersion Factor
                            of 1.51 instead of the correct 1.52, meaning,
                            the B06 PreCal-converted EdT,M,B were low by 0.66 %.
